Troubleshooting Call Quality Issues in Teams

This guide will help you troubleshoot and report call quality issues you're experiencing in Microsoft Teams.

Before you begin:

  • Ensure Teams Quality of Service (QoS) is implemented: Teams QoS prioritizes network traffic for optimal call quality. Verify this with your IT department. Reporting an Issue

If Teams QoS is implemented and you're still experiencing issues, report the problem through our Support Portal or by email.

How to Submit a Report:

There are two ways to submit a report:

  • Email: Send an email to our support team at support@blueskyuc.com

What Information to Include:

  • Call Details:
  • Additional Information:
    • Is this happening with all calls (inbound or outbound)?
    • Does it occur with calls from auto attendants/call queues, direct calls, or both?
    • Are other users experiencing the same issue?

What Happens Next:

Our Support team will receive your request, analyze the scenario, and provide you with the next steps to resolve the call quality issues.
