Remove Phone Number Assignment

This guide outlines the steps to deactivate a phone line for an employee who is no longer with TeamVenti.

What You'll Need:

  • Username of the terminated employee

Additional Options:

  • Number Status: Indicate whether you want the phone number to be:
    • Parked: This holds the number for future use and prevents it from being reassigned.
    • Released: This makes the number available for reassignment to another employee.
  • Call Forwarding: (Optional) You can choose to forward calls from the deactivated number to another employee or a different phone number.


How to Deactivate:

There are two ways to submit a request to deactivate a phone line:
  1. Support Portal: Open a ticket through our Support Portal by clicking this link: BlueSky Portal (blueskyuc.net)
  2. Email: Send an email to our support team at support@blueskyuc.com

In your request, please include:

  • Username of the terminated user: This helps identify the specific phone line to be deactivated.

Additional Information (Optional):

  • Number Status: Indicate your preference for parking or releasing the phone number.
  • Call Forwarding: (Optional) Provide the details of the employee or number you want calls forwarded to (if applicable).

What Happens Next?

Our Support team will receive your request and process it within 24-48 hours based on the information you provide. They might contact you for any clarification if needed.
