- Resolved "undefined" time fields in reports caused by certain time zones
- Corrected "Dropped" call status in Excel exports, previously mislabeled as "Not Answered"
- Fixed instances where calls were incorrectly marked as "Missed" instead of "Answered"
- Addressed inaccuracies in the total duration of registries within X-Ray

- Availability Dashboard: The Y-axis values in the Availability Dashboard now display as percentages, providing clearer insights
