How to Reassign:
There are two ways to submit a request to reassign a phone line:
- Email: Send an email to our support team at support@blueskyuc.com
In your request, please include:
- Email of Terminated User: This identifies the phone line you want to reassign.
- Email of New User: This specifies who will receive the phone line.
Additional Information (Optional):
- Auto Attendants/Call Queues: If applicable, list the specific auto attendants or call queues the new user requires access to.
