This guide explains how to request a report on your company's phone numbers at BlueSky UC.

What the Report Includes:


  • Active/Assigned Lines: This lists all the phone numbers currently in use and assigned to employees.
  • Parked Numbers: This details any phone numbers that are currently not assigned but held for future use.

Having this information can help you:

  • Understand your company's phone usage patterns.
  • Track monthly phone service charges associated with active and parked lines.

How to Request the Report:

There are two ways to submit a request for a phone number inventory report:
  1. Support Portal: Open a ticket through our Support Portal by clicking this link: BlueSky Portal (blueskyuc.net)
  2. Email: Send an email to our support team at support@blueskyuc.com

What Happens Next?

Our Support team will receive your request and process it within 24-48 hours. They will then send you the phone number inventory report for your company.
